Meet The Team

At Alexandra House, our greatest strength is our people. We are proud to have a dedicated, compassionate and highly skilled team who are committed to making a positive difference every day.

Our staff come from diverse backgrounds and bring a wealth of knowledge, experience and specialist training to their roles. Each individual is carefully matched with a key worker, ensuring continuity, familiarity and trust in their support. Our team are trained in the Active Support model, which focuses on promoting independence, building confidence and enabling people to take part in everyday activities that matter to them.

We invest in our staff through ongoing training and development, covering areas such as safeguarding, positive behaviour support, autism awareness, epilepsy management, medication, moving and handling, and person-centred care. This means our team not only meet regulatory requirements but go above and beyond to deliver care of the highest standard.

Most importantly, our staff share a common set of values — respect, dignity, compassion and inclusion. These values guide the way we work with each person, ensuring support is always tailored, consistent and empowering.

At Alexandra House, we see our team as more than just care providers — they are companions, mentors and advocates who help individuals live full, meaningful lives.
